1,000,000th EliTe®CompactSpindle
The 1,000,000th EliTe®Compact Spindle by SUESSEN goes to our esteemed customer EJAZ SPINNING MILLS, Pakistan. On 18,000 EliTe®Compact Spindles and 7,000 EliTwis®Compact Spindles, out of their total capacity of over 100,000 ring spindles, the company processes top yarn quality yarns. Some of these machines are equipped with EliCore® or EliCoreTwist® respectively. This specific 1,000,000th EliTe®Compact Spinlde will be installed on a Toyota RX 240 machine.
In a little ceremony during ITMA Asia, Singapore, the SUESSEN Management will symbolically hand over this 1,000,000th EliTe®Compact Spindle to Mr. Ejaz of Ejaz Group of Companies.
The SUESSEN EliTe®Compact Spinning System was first introduced to the market at ITMA'99. In a short space of time, it achieved the reputation as being the most versatile compact spinning system. To date, the EliTe®Compact Spinning System has benefited over 1,000,000 compat ring spindles worldwide.
Ejaz Group of companies was established in 1950. The Group commissioned its textile division in 1987 and set up the first yarn manufacturing unit under the banner of Imran Spinning Mills Limited, which is now known as Ejaz Textile Mills Limited, starting its production with 16,500 spindles. In 1990, Ejaz Group decided to expand its existing spinning facilities, and a unit based on state-of-the-art technology was founded in 1992 under the banner of Ejaz Spinning Mills Limited, consisting of 30,000 spindles to produce top quality carded and combed hosiery yarn.
In 2003, the "Compact Yarn Unit" was established with today 25,000 compact spindles.
The product range for compact yarn goes from Ne 40/1 to 120/1 made from medium-staple cotton or ELS cotton. EliCore®Yarns are available from Ne 30/1 to 60/1. EliTwist®Yarns from ELS cotton are processed from Ne 60/2 to 120/2. The products are exported to the major markets in the USA, Asia and Europe.
