Successful SUESSEN EliTe®Forum 2006 (09.08.2006)
From July 17 to 21, SUESSEN held another EliTe®Forum to discuss various aspects of compact ring spinning.
The participants of this event came exclusively from Pakistan. The invitation was well accepted; 18 executive managers from 18 customer mills received a warm welcome at the SUESSEN Research & Development premises at WST in Germany. Members of our Pakistani Agency ATC accompanied our guests.
During the 5 days the EliTe®Experts from the Pakistani Spinning Mills together with a SUESSEN team of Sales, Technology, R&D, Product Management and Marketing openly discussed the whole range of subjects concerning the present and future of compact ring spinning. Here a selection of topics:
- Installed compact spindles and market shares worldwide and in Pakistan
- Overview EliTe®CompactSet for many models and types
- Engineering aspects and benefits for the customers
- Aspects of maintenance, wear parts, employee training
- Comparison of competing compact spinning systems in the market
The discussion was topped off by visits to the manufacturing sites as well as to the R&D Test Centre to see the running ring spinning machines equipped with EliTe®CompactSet, EliTwist® and EliCoreTwist®. SUESSEN technologists demonstrated the easy handling and setting of the EliTe®Compact Spinning System.
Technology experts from Bräcker, Novibra, Rosink and Zweigle joined in the lively discussion and contributed valuable insider information to compact spinning from the viewpoint of their special approach to this new technology.
Prof. Dr. Anton Schenek from the University of Applied Sciences/ Reutlingen/ Germany and acknowledged expert in cotton fibre evaluation and evaluation equipment gave a lecture in "Trends for Cotton Quality Determination".
All parties conjointly acknowledged the mutual benefit and success of the SUESSEN EliTe®Forum. The participants received the SUESSEN Certificate "EliTe®Technologist".
