Remuneration and social provisions
Suessen strives to honour good work by competitive remuneration. Spindelfabrik Suessen is bound by collective bargaining agreements, and is a member of the metal and electrical industry in Baden-Württemberg. In addition, there are numerous company arrangements for social provisions, flexible working times, and benefits (e.g. bicycle leasing) which have been agreed with the works council. Performance and level of pay are reviewed in annual employee appraisals, in which agreements about further development are also discussed between the employee and the superior.
Code of conduct
Suessen employees worldwide are expected to follow the highest standards of professional and personal conduct in their business relationships with all their partners. These relationships are based on the principle of trust and honesty and are defined in company's code of conduct.
Suessen components help customers produce more with less energy and waste, helping them achieve a better environmental footprint.
