Remuneration and social provisions

Suessen strives to honour good work by competitive remuneration. Spindelfabrik Suessen is bound by collective bargaining agreements, and is a member of the metal and electrical industry in Baden-Württemberg. In addition, there are numerous company arrangements for social provisions, flexible working times, and benefits (e.g. bicycle leasing) which have been agreed with the works council. Performance and level of pay are reviewed in annual employee appraisals, in which agreements about further development are also discussed between the employee and the superior.
